The terms that apply when you use Chatbot Boss to build and run AI website chatbots.
Your account
You are responsible for your login details and for everything done in your workspace. Keep your password safe.
Your content
You own the content you add. You confirm you have the right to use it and that it is lawful. AI answers can be wrong; review your chatbot's replies.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in AED by bank transfer. A plan starts once we confirm your payment. Free trials last 7 days. Plan limits apply to chatbots, conversations and knowledge sources.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then moves to the Free plan.
Acceptable use
Do not use Chatbot Boss for spam, illegal content, or to collect data without your visitors' consent.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of important changes in your dashboard.
