Information we collect
Account details you give us (name, business name, email, country), the content you add to train your chatbots, conversations between your chatbots and your website visitors, and details visitors choose to share in lead forms.
How we use it
To run your chatbots, answer visitor questions, send you lead alerts and account notices, process bank-transfer payments, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.
AI processing
Chatbot replies, summaries and voice are produced by our AI provider (Sarvam AI) using your knowledge content and the visitor's message.
Storage and security
Data is stored with our cloud hosting provider, protected by access rules so each workspace can only see its own data. Payment receipts are stored privately and only viewable by our admins.
Your choices
You can edit or delete chatbots, knowledge sources, leads and conversations from your dashboard, or ask us to delete your account through the Contact page.
Cookies
We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language. We do not use advertising cookies.
